Congratulations! You have completed a major exploration of all the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yourself through this 5-week bite-size yoga boot camp. Please take a moment to give yourself the gift of acknowledgment, love, and a hug from me for all of the care you have taken to beat burnout and empower yourself with new toolkit of bite-size yoga techniques.

You now own your bite-size yoga daily practice and I hope that you will continue with a daily routine to beat burnout and create a life your love. During this particular journey you have learned and tried out several techniques. Some may have resonated with you more than others, but now you are aware of more tools that you have at your disposal and have realized the discipline within yourself to utilize them.

We are all unique and different practices call to us more than others. Now it is time for you take what was best and leave the rest. Like ourselves, what serves us is ever-evolving and our curiosity leads us to many different experiences. If the complete practice of this program serves you, please continue to practice it. If only some parts were helpful, keep those, but continue to practice daily as this is now a part of your well-being self-care that you can control freely. If you fall off the wagon and life begins to feel chaotic, you always have this to come back to. There is no wrong, there is no right, there just is.

In my experience, the key to a consistent feeling of balance is rooted in a consistent practice, which of course was learned the hard way by forgetting to practice daily and feeling swept up again by the world around me rather than leading by my own heart. It will always be your choice to practice or not and I hope this program has empowered you to pick yourself up from wherever you are to regain control and beat burnout so you can enjoy life.
