Relieve Stress and Anxiety - Anywhere You Are
While yoga and meditation are known for restoring balance mentally, physically, and spiritually, we're not always able to get to a yoga studio or meditation center when we need anxiety relief most.
For me, the most trouble was work-related stress at the office.
So I put together a collection of different types of yoga and meditation exercises that I could practice anywhere, and in a short amount of time, in order to relax, refocus, and get back to work with improved productivity.
I call this - Bite-Size Yoga!
And I want to share a few of these practices with you.

Through these experiences, Nicole has connected with global communities and seen the detrimental effects of stress and discontentment in many segments of society. She believes a happier and healthier way of life is accessible to all people and that the journey begins by developing an honest and heart-centered connection with oneself.
